De grands succ\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement obtenus dans la production et le d\u00e9lai de fabrication physique a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9duit de 4-6 semaines \u00e0 quelques jours. Dans la pratique, cela ne s&rsquo;est toutefois pas traduit par un d\u00e9lai de livraison plus court pour le client, en raison de probl\u00e8mes importants dans la gestion des processus administratifs. Les tentatives de soutien de la part de l&rsquo;IT avec des outils dans le syst\u00e8me ERP se sont heurt\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance du d\u00e9partement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il y avait un retard de plusieurs semaines dans la conversion des commandes des clients en ordres de production. En cons\u00e9quence, il n&rsquo;y a pas eu d&rsquo;ordonnancement des commandes, d&rsquo;approvisionnement en composants ou de confirmation de commande aux clients pendant longtemps. Finalement, le chef de service a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9trograd\u00e9 et j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 chef de projet et nouveau chef de
